Office Revitalization on 3rd Floor

 

In November there took place a first meeting of an enthusiastic group of volunteers from 3rd floor to prepare a plan how to make the office more user friendly, nicer, cleaner and more personal, expressing our values and company culture. Smaller improvements took place already in December – new microwave and cutlery was put into the kitchen and new signs on the doors of meeting rooms. Then the main phase of the project started – prepare design to improve meeting rooms and open space. We wanted to make them look nice and fresh, new wall stickers should be matching the names of the meeting rooms, so it would be easy for employees to orientate among them and to improve their acoustic. The biggest part of the work took place during the weekend 21 – 22nd January. Meeting rooms were freshly painted and new wall decors were put into the place. There have been a special acoustic paint implemented into the 2 meeting rooms, windows stickers and new plants put into the main office space. What is still ahead of us is cleaning of the carpets after the main winter season. We hope you all enjoy improved office space and it will make your work more enjoyable.

Big thank you goes to all volunteers who took place in this project as well as Office support for their hard work. Our next goal will be revitalization of the 5th Floor starting from February on.
