The working hours are pretty flexible, either we work 8:00-16:30 or 9:30-18:00, so that you can easily organize your day and combine work with your personal life. We’re working Monday-Friday which means weekends off!

Our daily job includes lots of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. The communication in English is our daily bread. On a daily basis we’re in touch with our business partners and colleagues from across UK + all the team and company communication is held in English, so there’s plenty of opportunities to practise and improve your English skills! Last but not least, you will get a chance to work within a multinational company.

What will you do? You will:

  • Support in a variety of HR processes and policies within the Dixons Retail plc
  • Be dealing with various HR queries and requests
  • Be responsible for updating employee records in various HR systems
  • Process manual and electronical expenses
  • Prepare reference letters for our current and ex-employees
  • Communicate with the UK employees and Business Partners via email/post regarding various HR queries
  • Be answering basic training site queries
  • Make sure all the administration and data are processed in time for the agreed deadlines
  • Be dealing with private and confidential personal data
  • Communicate all relevant information and updates to your team
  • Have your own processes to take care of and be their “master”
  • Do regular/ad hoc reporting
  • Will handle the post

Thanks to a daily communication in English, you will improve your English skills and strengthen your communication skills and assertiveness. You’ll learn to operate various HR systems.

You will get a deeper knowledge of a wide range of HR processes throughout the whole employment process (from supporting new starters, through support for current employees to providing employment references to leavers and ex-employees). You can participate on the ongoing projects to learn loads of new stuff and enrich your skills. As this is a fast paced, quickly changing environment and there is always something going on, you won’t get a chance to get bored at all!
