What will you do?

  • Logging and handling building and recovery claims in a timely and professional manner. Daily communication with stores, warehouses, internal colleagues, external building contractors and claim handlers
  • Maintenance of productive relationships with facilities, sites and external building contractors
  • Accurately maintaining in house spreadsheets and managing various reports
  • Investigating and approving repair works
  • Providing guidance to stores and delivery depots on PDBI (Property damage business interruption) claims
  • Analysing risk improvement recommendations and reviewing building surveys
  • Communicating with sites, identifying and monitoring new risks arising within the group, reporting to building insurer AIG on the progress and improvements
  • Providing data analysis and administrative support to the Group Health and Safety team
  • Production of ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required
  • Monitor and update accidents, perform validation checks, investigate potential claims, gather additional data via phone and email, support claims team with documentation for defence
  • Report accidents to Enforcing Authorities in accordance with company policy and current legislation in UK and Ireland

  • You are a team player so other colleagues can rely on you when necessary
