We are a small team of 4 people with a couple of colleagues still located in the UK and direct report in UK as well. Thanks to a friendly atmosphere and fresh team spirit, it is really easy to fit in. Our working hours are pretty flexible, starting between 7 and 9:30 am every day, occasionally you will have a late shift (9:30 – 6pm)to cover the difference between Czech and UK time zones. Therefore, you can easily organize your day and combine work with your personal life.

Our daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. The communication in English is our daily bread. We are in daily touch with our suppliers and colleagues across UK via email, phone or or skype. Among other activities are processing of new claims onto the system, dealing with email queries and supplier disputes, updating the system and reconciliation of Trading account. and many other ad hoc tasks.

What will your job be about?

  • You will forecast and actualize all claims agreed by Category teams in UK (discounted products, special offers, marketing, advertising)
  • You will undertake all Deal filet set maintenance in the system and process all promotional funding and supplier turnover on regular basis
  • You will manage the process of communication and it will be your job to obtain the relevat financial back up and information from Category teams
  • Make and receive calls in English – but at the same time we are not actively participating on the call centre so it is actually pretty up to you
  • You will have your own business categories allocated to you

Owing to daily communication in English with your colleagues in UK, you will improve your English skills. But don’t worry we will support you at the beginning and majority of the communication is over the email.

You will get a deeper knowledge of financial and accounts payable processes.
