Our team is the biggest within the Logistics department currently counting 16 young and ambitious people. Imagine that we are doing our job so well, that we took over more responsibilities and our headcount doubled in just 1 and a half years!

You will definitely have the word "routine" out of your mind if you choose to work with us, and we are proud of having a flexible working schedule as well; you can start working anywhere from 7:00 until 9:00 in the morning.

As Supply Chain Administrator, the work responsibilities are quite diverse and ever-changing. We are “the core” of the supply chain, therefore, all entities are contacting us when they are in need of help; our daily working partners include: hubs, stores and customer service agents from all over the Scandinavian countries.

How do we communicate? We mostly receive requests via e-mail but phone calls and Skype meetings are a nice change of atmosphere from time to time. The language we use is English, so be prepared to put in practice some nice business correspondence tips&tricks.

What will you do?

  • You will investigate all sort of order issues: missing, delays, and damaged orders
  • You will try to synchronize the systems we use, with the actual facts (what happened with an order in reality)
  • You will handle product stocks in the systems we use (stockmoves, inventory-in and inventory-out)
  • You will check SAP and investigate an order status (planned, cancelled, not in stock, find track and trace etc)
  • You will help the transporters to identify the unknown products they have at the hubs
  • You will have the chance to widen your logistics knowledge and expertise
  • You will communicate with warehouses, stores and customers center on the daily basis (mostly by email)
  • You will be informed and updated with all the logistics changes, via the team meetings and calls with our business partners.
  • You will have the possibility to suggest and follow-up on process improvements

  • You will learn basic and advanced SAP transactions which are used in the supply chain;
  • Improve your English and Excel skills by actual daily practice
  • Acquire a good understanding of the product flow (from its source until the end customer)

  • You are an advanced English speaker – both written and spoken
  • You are an assertive person and like to work on your own
  • You don’t have to be an expert in logistics or electronics field, however, you should have an eye for detail and good analytical skills
  • As you will use Excel on daily basis, we need you to have at least basic knowledge of its functionalities
  • You need to be able to organize your daily work and meet the deadlines
  • You are a team player so we can rely on you
  • You like to organize your own time and deliver the result
  • We will also be happy for your participation at projects and improvements – currently we are in process of LEAN implementation within Logistics department
