The role’s primary purpose is to support the activities of the UK&I Risk & Control team, in particular with regards to assessing compliance with Group Minimum Controls, reporting & analytics, tracking progress with control improvement plans and internal audit actions, and keeping Business Continuity planning documentation up to date.

What will be your job about?

• Maintain the online workflow platform (SureCloud) used for control compliance assessments, by keeping risk & control libraries up to date and reviewed and managing users access;

• Coordinate an annual self-assessment of Minimum Control compliance across all control standards and business units, including set up of assessments in the system;

• Provide training to key stakeholders on the Minimum Control Standards, the assessment process, and the online SureCloud system;

• Assist in the review and validation of self-assessment responses, including testing and evidence review in accordance with Group guidance;

• Produce reporting and analytics on Minimum Control compliance and action plan status;

• Follow-up on, and track progress with, control improvement action plans;

• Prepare Quarterly Updates for sharing with UK&I Exec;

• Assist the team in tracking and following up on outstanding internal audit actions;

• Support the Business Continuity Manager across all activities of the Programmee

  • *Ensure that Continuity Plan documentation is kept up to date
  • *Aggregate organisation wide Business-Impact-Analysis results from submissions across the business
  • * Maintain testing / exercise schedules and action trackers
  • *Support the BCP Manager in following-up on and tracking progress with actions
