What will you do? You will:

  • Support in a variety of HR projects by process mapping or creating work instructions
  • Support HR teams with process average handling time measuring
  • Support HR teams with process documentation revision and amendments
  • Be dealing with various HR queries and requests
  • Communicate with the UK employees and Business Partners via email regarding various HR queries
  • Make sure all the administration and data are processed in time for the agreed deadlines
  • Be dealing with private and confidential personal data

What can you learn in our team?

Thanks to a daily communication in English, you will improve your English skills and strengthen your communication skills and assertiveness. You’ll learn to operate various process mapping programs.

You will get a deeper knowledge of a wide range of HR processes throughout the whole employment process (from supporting new starters, through support for current employees to providing employment references to leavers and ex-employees). You can participate on the ongoing projects to learn loads of new stuff and enrich your skills. As this is a fast paced, quickly changing environment and there is always something going on, you won’t get a chance to get bored at all!

  • You have advanced knowledge of English – both written and spoken
  • You have good communication skills
  • Experience from UK/understanding of UK culture is an advantage
  • You need to have an eye for detail and strong organisation and planning skills
  • As you will use Excel on daily basis, we need you to have at least basic knowledge of its


  • You need to be able to organize your daily work and meet the deadlines
  • You are a team player so other team members can rely on you when necessary
