In our Nordic Reports and Month End team we are 12 colleagues, apart from Fixed Assets Analysis, responsible for month end activities, controlling, reporting and bookings. You can look forward to friendly atmosphere and flexible working hours.

As Fixed Assets Analyst, you don´t need to be an accounting professional from the scratch. We will support your first steps.

The language we use is English, so be prepared to put in practice some nice business correspondence tips&tricks. A knowledge of Nordic language is an advantage as you will work with invoices written in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finish.

What will you do?

  • Maintain and control fixed assets information in SAP
  • Responsible for the accounting of Fixed Assets for all Nordic countries
  • Ensure that Capital spend is approved to the correct authority levels
  • Maintain the Asset register by raising new assets, retiring assets and transferring assets to different cost centres
  • Reconciliation of accounts to ensure there are no discrepancies
  • Ad-hoc tasks, data analysis and investigation based on requests from business partners (both local managers and from our HQ)
  • Apart from working on Fixed Assets, you can also help your colleagues with various month end bookings, daily, weekly and monthly reporting, controlling and accounting tasks or reconciliations

  • You are an advanced English speaker – both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Nordic language is an advantage
  • You are an assertive person and like to work on your own
  • You don’t have to be an expert in finance and accounting field, however, you should have an eye for detail and good analytical skills
  • As you will use Excel on daily basis, we need you to have at least basic knowledge of its functionalities
  • You need to be able to organize your daily work and meet the deadlines
  • You are a team player so we can rely on you
  • You need to be equipped with common sense and be able to see the solution even it is not described step by step
  • You like to organize your own time and deliver the result
