As a part of our team you would be focused on IT department in Brno, which has around 150 colleagues so far. Your mission will be to help our IT managers to enrol the vision and strategy to their teams, support individuals in their career path, and also provide support in their daily issues. You can use your people oriented approach and professional communication skills, which are a total must have at this role.

Daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. You can look forward to a independent, senior role, which gives a space for your own initiatives and improvement ideas. You can count with close cooperation and endless support of your colleagues from the department.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • mentoring of the local IT management team in handling sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development including leadership and people management
  • participate fully in key people related change decisions, anticipating and effectively dealing with any people issues
  • active participation in internal communication towards IT department
  • support managers to identify and manage high performing / high potential individuals and ensure succession planning is in place for key positions
  • stakeholders management with main priority of satisfaction of our UK IT management team
  • facilitate the identification of talent, key positions and succession plans at all levels
  • accurately identify and translate the training needs into requirements for the Training & development
  • active participation in driving IT employee engagement
  • responsible for mentoring and coaching of IT recruitment team (3 FTE) in the area of complex HR agenda
  • understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to management
  • deliver and implement HR people processes, policies and services consistently
  • understanding of data driven approach inside the company, ability to explain and comment on the reporting and people analytics
