What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Organisation of travel arrangements, dealing with travel service agency
  • Evidence of travel documents (flight tickets, trains, accommodation, insurance and related administration)
  • Coordination of visits to the office
  • Communication with landlord (reception area repairs, entrance cards )
  • Stationery orders, evidence and monthly reports per department
  • Entrance cards/chips (ordering, evidence, changes, issue)
  • Social events support (cooperation with Office support team)
  • Partly cover and ensure a smooth running of the reception

  • Communicative level of English language (B2 level)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience in a similar position, particularly with arrangements of hotels, taxis, flights etc. is the advance
  • MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
  • Good administrational and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
